Vehicle Drop-Off Disclaimer

By leaving your vehicle at Demuner Auto Repair, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Authorization for Inspection and Repairs
You authorize Demuner Auto Repair to operate your vehicle for testing, inspection,
diagnosis, and repair purposes within the limits of local regulations.
2. Responsibility for Personal Property
Please remove all valuables before leaving your vehicle. Demuner Auto Repair is not
responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
3. Liability Disclaimer for Drop-Offs and Storage
Vehicles left on our property before or after business hours are parked at the owner’s risk.
Demuner Auto Repair is not responsible for theft, vandalism, weather-related damage, or
other circumstances beyond our control while the vehicle is on or near our premises.
4. Unclaimed Vehicles
Vehicles not picked up within 48 hours after completion of service may be subject to a
late-pick-up fee of $35dlls and $10dlls of storage per day. After 30 days, the vehicle may
be processed in accordance with Washington State RCW 46.55 (regarding abandoned or
unclaimed vehicles).
5. Parts and Warranty Policy
Repairs are performed with quality parts. Warranty coverage applies only to parts and
labor provided by Demuner Auto Repair and does not cover pre-existing or unrelated

6. Communication Consent
You consent to be contacted via phone, text, or email regarding your vehicle’s status,
estimates, and repair authorizations.
